Great service and great quality products

The first couple of times we visited there was an female associate that had the best customer service ever. Unfortunately, today we visited the store to return a pair of boots for a different size. My wife and I encounter the most unprofessional jerk ever. He did not want to exchange the boots we purchased there. He kept saying in a rude manner that he would just lose money for exchanging the boots. After his rude comments he actually threw the box of boots behind the counter.. What the gentleman did not know. By his actions today , he just lost a massive account.. Do Not waste your time with this guy.

I went in looking for boots for work but did not know what I really wanted. The sales lady was very knowledgeable of the boots and took her time to help me and make sure I was very happy with the boots before I bought them. She was very friendly along with the rest of the staff. after three weeks with the boots I am very happy and will continue to shop here and I strongly recommend this store .
